Inclusion Care is a care organisation based in Worcestershire which provides care and support to adults with identified needs, specialising in learning disabilities and mental health.
Our aim is to provide a high quality care home which is homely, where individuals are free to have choice, expression and opinions are valued and encouraged, so that needs, dreams and aspirations of individuals can be met.
We also provide domiciliary and supported living care and support; this is provided flexibly with services tailored to meet individual needs throughout Worcestershire. These packages offered are anything from two hours per week to a 24 hour service including sleeping or waking nights.
We provide services to clients living in their own homes. We aim to continue and enhance their participation in the community. If people require accommodation we will liaise with the individual, family and professionals to identify properties which will meet their identified needs.
Support is provided to ensure that all relevant benefits and services are identified and made available to the individual.
