Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

• A £60.00 deposit is required upon booking, which is non-refundable and must be received within 14 days of the provisional booking being made. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.
• Please pay the cash balance to the head office - FOA of John Irwin

RETAINER

• A £50.00 retainer will be payable when the balance of you holiday payment is due.
  This can be in the form of a cheque that will be held in case of any damage.
  This cheque will be returned once our cleaners have confirmed all is in order.

• In the case of bookings made within 8 weeks, full payment is required.

• The booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations received within 28 days will be liable to pay 80% of the holiday cost. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of the holiday start date.
