Our Service is a needs based service with an experienced background in providing services which are flexible, innovative and pro-active.
In response to referred need we can provide:-
- Registered Care providing individuals with a specialised home set in the community. With high levels of qualified staff developing individualised plans of care to develop life and social skills, behavioural management, independent living skills.
- General Social Care/Supported Living focusing on independent living skills, training, assistance with correspondence, finance and budgets. We are happy to support clients under direct payment scheme.
- Specialists Services in relation to people who are labelled as challenging or who are part of current mental health services requiring reintegration into the community, or bespoke services for people whose needs cannot be met within traditional service delivery.
- Respite Care assisting clients who live with parents or a partner within their own home, providing a range of Individual services designed to alleviate the stress of full time caring.
